The Met Gala is back.
The star-studded fundraiser, which was canceled last year because of the Covid-19 pandemic, is taking place in New York on Monday night.
The annual event, known for its red carpet fashion, benefits the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
This year's theme is "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion," which the museum says will consider the "modern vocabulary of American fashion."

"Black-ish" actor Tracee Ellis Ross electrified the carpet in this vibrant blue Balenciaga couture coat-dress, which featured a popped collar and oversized silhouette. While speaking to Keke Palmer on a Vogue livestream, she revealed she drew inspiration from her mother Diana Ross' film "Mahogany."

J Balvin and "RuPaul's Drag Race" winner Symone both arrived wearing Moschino. Balvin wore a suit and matching balaclava covered in florals, alongside a stack of necklaces. Jennifer Lopez hit the Met Museum steps wearing a custom Ralph Lauren outfit, which channeled the spirit of the Wild West. Donning a faux fur stole, she opted for a deep brown dress embellished with crystal drops, braided silk and leather trims -- topped off with a cowboy hat that completed the look.
