De Puy Kamp received her Bachelor’s degree in Political History and International Relations from the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands, a Master’s degree in International Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA., and a Master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University in New York as a Stabile Center Investigative Fellow.
