Ali Zaslav is a congressional producer for CNN.
Zaslav works on Capitol Hill with a focus on the US Senate. Since joining CNN, she’s covered Senate races, two presidential impeachment trials, a Supreme Court confirmation, Congress’ response to the coronavirus pandemic, and the violent attack on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Previously, she was a producer and video editor at NowThis News, and worked on The Huffington Post’s daily live streaming network HuffPost Live.
Zaslav has a master’s degree from Columbia University’s Journalism School and graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a dual degree in political science.
