President Trump is poised to declare sweeping new global tariffs, and across the world, leaders are bracing for impact, making it very clear that they will not take this lying down. While it's tariff day for Trump, it may just be resurrection day for Democrats, the opposition roaring back to life with a 25-hour speech by Senator Cory Booker, and a convincing win in Wisconsin's Supreme Court election.
