House Minority Leader Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) tells CNN's Dana Bash that the Supreme Court needs to "aggressively" enforce its orders against the Trump administration. The Supreme Court has ruled that President Trump's administration must facilitate the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was deported to a prison in El Salvador.
