U.S. Vice President Joe Biden has joined the popular photo-sharing website Instagram, and the first uploaded picture shows Biden's aviator glasses with the vice president reading in the background. The caption with the photo said Biden will travel to Pennsylvania to tout a jobs plan with President Obama, and it promised more pictures of Biden's sunglasses to come.
