Today on CNN 10, we head to Hong Kong, where 45 people were sentenced to prison for violating a new national security law put in place by China after anti-government protests took over the city in 2019. Then we head to the western United States and British Columbia which is getting pummeled by two combined weather phenomena, bringing hurricane force winds and heavy rain to the region.
