(CNN)Pacific Cycle issued a recall on 217,600 strollers Thursday due to concerns about the front swivel wheels.

The front wheel could be dislocated, causing children to crash and fall. There have been 132 reports of the front wheel becoming loose or unstable, resulting in 215 injuries. The reports include head injuries, bumps, bruises, abrasions and lacerations.
The following units have been recalled: Instep Safari, Instep Grand Safari, Instep Flight, Schwinn Turismo and Schwinn Discover. A full list of all recalled products is available on the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

Pacific Cycle recommends that you do not return the jogging strollers to retailers. Rather, consumers are urged to cease use of the double- and single-occupancy strollers produced by Schwinn and Instep immediately, and contact Pacific Cycle for a repair kit to secure the front wheel. A video demonstration is available on the Pacific Cycle website.
The repair kit includes a structure that uses a screw-on-and-off method, rather than the quick-release method the products had, and new warning labels.
The strollers are sold at small retailers nationwide and online at Amazon, Target, Toys R Us and Walmart. For more information, contact Pacific Cycle.
