Photos and videos of Superstorm Sandy are being shared across social media at a record-breaking pace. Instagram received 10 photo submissions per second tagged #Sandy during the height of activity on Monday. Facebook reported that conversation around the storm was measurably higher than any other topic discussed on the platform including the upcoming elections.
