Let's face it: The Consumer Electronics Show has become predictable. Here's CNNMoney's list of gadgets we wish would be launched at this year's CES.

If the bezels or backs of smartphones were equipped with solar panels, we'd never truly be without power. Solar juice may not charge our phones to 100% battery life, but we could at least get a few extra minutes of use so we wouldn't be left totally down and out.

On the flip side, "my phone died" would never again be an acceptable excuse. - AC
