Seoul's annual Space-Out Competition aims to challenge the social norm that downtime is a waste and to reinforce that doing nothing can be valuable. Participants are asked to relax for 90 minutes. Those who talk, check their smartphones, move around, or fall asleep are disqualified. CNN's Hanako Montgomery has more.
